VSBPO works not only for expanding our business but also for corporate social responsibility (CSR). In the other word, we not only care about how much we can make but also care about how we can help.
As a part of CSR, we aim to employ people with handicap. Actually, they face the difficulty to find a job as being isolated from others because they are limited in what they can do and unfortunately just their impression put them into disadvantage. Moreover, even if they get a job, they are rarely financially independent from family because their limited works doesn’t make enough money to live. So our company is going to support them to totally stand on own feet by giving the trainings and jobs which suit to them in our company.
Our target is more than 10% of our teams will be people living with handicap by the end of 2016. As a first step, we welcomed a person with handicap. Once he lost his one leg and he is has been living with an artificial leg now. However, he is a very hard worker and has adapted to the environment of our company that we forget that he has handicap. As ever, we continue the promotion to support the people like him by welcoming to our company and creating the ideal working environment for them and also for all of our members.
